1st  visit

Health History: Dr. Alice will ask the patient about their medical history, including any current or past health issues, injuries, emotional traumas and surgeries.

Spinal Exam: Dr. Alice will perform a physical examination, which may include evaluating the patient's posture, range of motion, muscle strength, and spinal flexibility. 

Kinesiology Exam/Muscle testing: Dr. Alice will use manual muscle testing to evaluate the strength and function of specific muscles, which can provide information about underlying imbalances or dysfunction in the body. Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a diagnostic technique that uses muscle testing to evaluate the structural, chemical, and emotional aspects of health. AK is a holistic approach to healthcare and aims to address the root causes of health issues and promote overall wellness.

2nd Visit - Report Findings/Care Plan

Based on the results of the AK exam, Dr Alice will review with you the results of the exam and develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include a combination of chiropractic adjustments, nutritional counseling, lifestyle modifications, and other therapies.
